In 2013, Tomato Bar started out with a few best friends that loved pizza and beer. The original idea was to create a unique, fresh pizza dough, use the best quality cheese and fresh, clean-label ingredients then compliment that pizza with some awesome craft beer. What grew from that original idea was much, much more than those few best friends could have imagined.

To many, Tomato Bar is a great spot for awesome food, but if you look past the food, there's something much more amazing. Something very organic and awesome, an organization and a culture of incredible people that would define what Tomato Bar is and will become. Our culture is built from a foundation of individuals that understand how to achieve true success - through mutual respect, honesty, and integrity.
We're made up different ideas, a diverse vision, and we're certainly not all alike. We embrace this fact and use it to make us better, unique and more dimensional. We all believe that the best ideas are created by being tossed around, just like pizza. While we may not be the most efficient or the most profitable organization, we will be the happiest and when it's all said and done, we believe happiness is the ultimate goal - for us and our guests.
We place a great deal of effort in offering quality in every aspect of what we do and that includes each member of our organization. Qualities that we look for in candidates are friendliness, positivity, attention-to-detail and the ability to work effectively within a team.
